Delivery, Returns & Cancellations Policy
At onlinemeds, we prioritise the confidentiality, discretion, and security of your orders. Here’s what you can expect from our delivery service:

Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or our pharmacy name, ensuring your privacy from dispatch to delivery.

UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil international orders at this time.

Confidentiality
All orders are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Your order details, including the medications ordered, remain strictly private and are only shared as necessary to fulfil your order.

Royal Mail Service
Product Type Service Cost to you Tracked delivery with Signature Refrigerated products (e.g., Mounjaro & Wegovy) and Orlistat. Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days (excluding bank holidays) £0.00
For orders placed by 12pm on weekdays, we strive to dispatch the same day, however, there may be instances where the medication is not dispatched on the same day due to further information that may be required by the prescriber – this is just to ensure the medication is safe for you to take by allowing time for our pharmacist prescribers to carefully review and approve each order.
Dispatches are carried out Monday through Friday, meaning orders placed after the 12 pm Friday cut-off or over the weekend will be sent on the next business day, typically Monday.

Cancellation
At onlinemeds, we strive to provide timely and efficient services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order.
For prescription items, cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the medicines are non-returnable due to safety, health, and regulatory requirements, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you wish to cancel before your order has been processed and dispensed, please contact us immediately, and we will process a full refund.

Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications are non-refundable once they have been dispatched, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect product and contact our customer care team immediately. We will investigate, and depending on the issue, will arrange for either a refund or replacement product to be sent. We may also require you to send the damaged/incorrect product back to us.
If one of our prescribers determines the medication requested is unsuitable for you, and there is no suitable alternative, a full refund will be issued to you. We will always contact you letting you know the reason why and will signpost you to your GP.

Returns
We do not allow any medication to be returned back to onlinemeds due to UK laws concerning the sale and supply of medicinal products – unless we need to send the medication back to the manufacturer to investigate any product quality complaints.
If you have any unwanted, unused or obsolete medication, then you can take it to a local pharmacy near you and they will safely dispose of the products.
