Christmas & New Year Delivery Schedule 2025
Please read this information carefully if you need medication in December 2025 or early January 2026.
At peak times like Christmas and New Year, courier networks are extremely busy, and delivery times can be longer than
usual. Our team also needs time for clinical review and prescriber approval to ensure all orders are safe and appropriate —
especially for time-sensitive medications. Planning ahead helps avoid stress and ensures better chances of delivery on
time.
Guaranteed Delivery Cut-Off Dates
To ensure your medication arrives before Christmas or New Year, please place your order and have it approved by a
prescriber by the dates and times below:
• Last guaranteed order and approval date for pre-Christmas delivery: 12:00 pm on Monday 22nd December
2025
• Last guaranteed order and approval date for pre-New Year delivery: 12:00 pm on Monday 29th December 2025
Orders placed and approved after these times may still be processed and dispatched but cannot be guaranteed to arrive
before Christmas or New Year’s Day.
📌 Please note: weight-loss medicines are time-sensitive. If safe delivery within the required timeframe cannot be
guaranteed, we may be unable to supply – please plan ahead.
Dispatch & Delivery Information
Due to courier closures and reduced service during the holidays:
• No dispatches will take place between: 23rd – 28th December 2025
• No dispatches will take place between: 30th December 2025 – 4th January 2026
🚚 Normal dispatches resume: Monday 5th January 2026
Courier delivery speeds vary and holiday volumes can affect timing. Royal Mail and tracked courier services may take longer
than usual in the final week before Christmas. If timing is critical, choosing special delivery options where available can
help prioritise your parcel.

Courier services may experience delays due to heavy seasonal demand. Tracking information is your best tool to see where
your parcel is and if any delays occur.
Cold-chain medications such as weight-loss injections are packed to preserve temperature control, but extended transit
times may still impact delivery performance.
